Refund and Returns Policy

At Konnectd Design, we provide digital assets including 3D 3MF and STL files, build guides, and BOM (Bill of Materials) lists designed to help you build and create. Because our products are digital and delivered via instant download, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are generally final. Once you have downloaded the files, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We encourage you to review the product descriptions and hardware requirements (such as printer bed size or specific electronic components) carefully before purchasing.

Refund Eligibility

We want you to be successful with your builds. While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, we will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice.
Technical Issues: If the file is proven to be defective or corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement or fix.
Non-Download Status: If you purchased the product but have not yet clicked the download link (verified via our system logs).

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase.

Technical Support

If you are having trouble with a file (e.g., slicing errors, fitment issues, or missing documentation), please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are makers too, and we are committed to ensuring our designs work as intended on your machine.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during a sale or using a promotional discount code are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

As our products are digital, we do not offer exchanges between different designs. Please ensure you have selected the correct model before completing your checkout.
